About the Coach:
A former boxer and movement enthusiast turned boxing coach, movement trainer and martial artist. Currently specializing in movement training and embodiment coaching for fighters as well as natural human movement coaching for anyone with a human body:)
Besides enjoying all things movement and martial arts related I also enjoy the outdoors, the company of good people, and travel adventures.
When I'm not training and coaching I'm spending time with my family, writing and researching, or illustrating the random creations of my imagination (art is easily my first love).
About Shapeshifting:
Shapeshifting is a mental, emotional, and physical practice of training the individual to be self created. This doesn't mean you will grow fur and start howling at the moon any time soon. But you will discover that your human experience, is to a very, very large degree, shaped and created by you.
When you were born to this physical body, you were given a powerful set of tools to unlock your maximum power, potential, and life experience. Your body is an ANIMAL, and like all animals it comes with pre-installed software for maximum usage, the INSTINCTS. When kicked on the individual usually begins to feel what can only be described as more alive. The eyes grow bright with awareness and alertness, the body and mind begin to flow together effortlessly allowing you to do what your body was always designed to do.....MOVE towards what is pleasurable.
Whether its fun, love, lust, or hunger, your body wants to be moving towards things that make it feel good. In our modern DIS-embodied, or mental dominant culture what usually happens is we end up chasing what we THINK will make us feel good instead of what actually makes us feel good. When we reconnect with the body and become clear about what we feel, we tend to remove the mental blockages and start having fun with life again. The first shapeshift to learn, is the one that takes us back to the self.
This is a sometimes difficult process today mostly because of the damage acquired in body and mind from misuse as well as damage to our human spirit from being disconnected from personal power (our individual natures) and feeling vulnerable to lack of outside acceptance (group culture).
At the ShapeShifter's Den the answer to this dilemma is found in natural, instinctive, human movement training. This kind of training fuels the BODY with energy as health, fitness, strength, agility, stamina, and overall physical competence increase and old imbalances and dysfunctions are corrected. It feeds the MIND's desire for progress and ambition by progressively increasing the ability to creatively influence one's own life. And it raises the HUMAN SPIRIT because its incredibly fun, light-hearted, and usually brings out the best in community when shared with them.
The Training is primarily for:

- Anyone who wants a FUN and adventurous way to get fit and stay healthy.
- Athletes, an amazing training method to acquire graceful and precise movement patterns as well as peak performance mind state training.
- Combat athletes, I can't recommend this enough to combative athletes or hobbyists. Instinctive movement is fast, precise, and energy efficient. Its so often the difference between a contender or even champion, and a legend. The fighters who transcend being merely a champion have always found a way to stumble upon and master their own instinctive, individual physical natures.
- Anyone seeking to heal dysfunction in order to maximize potential in other areas of life, including other modalities of training.
